What is Character Coaching?

Character Coaching is a stepping stone ministry. In today’s world we aren’t always able to do an after-practice huddle/bible study with the team, but through character coaching we can serve the players and coaches in a way that opens doors to future ministry opportunities. 

These pages provide multiple Character Coaching lessons with guides for the Character Coach to take a team through after practice, before film or whenever a coach allows. Each lesson focuses on a key character trait such as integrity, leadership and so on. Just as Jesus communicated through stories, Character Coaching lessons use a brief story to explain the character trait of focus, followed by impactful quotes, interaction questions a main idea and finally a key take away.
